Bedgebury - 18c School building (Planned maintenance)

The building, once a substantial grade 2 listed private house dating from around 18th Century, had been occupied as a private school for more than 90 yrs; it had been recently acquired by our clients to be run as an international learning centre for foreign students.

As a part of their business cashflow our clients required to establish the likely liability for repairs over the next 20yrs and set up a programme for ongoing maintenance.

Following a detailed inspection of the building, we were able to report, identifying the elements of essential repair and maintenance, outline the scope of the works and prioritise and cost the operations to complete the company cashflow.
