Southampton - Fit-out for eye clinic
With an increasing demand for privately run health care facilities we have been commissioned to project manage a number of projects that will provide modern hi-tech clinics with facilities for laser eye surgery; typically the unit is located within the framework of an existing modern office building.
As would be expected, forming a new clinical area within an existing building requires special care and experience in the selection of materials, in the design and commissioning of services and in the quality of finishes.
The Project Manager's challenge is to deliver the contract, to achieve the recognised standards that are tested on commissioning, including swab tests, and a delivery within a tight build programme.
