Rainham - Music School

Modern schools require buildings that will be multi-functional, sufficiently flexible to meet the demands of a changing teaching curriculum and also be available for the use of the general public outside school hours.

We were commissioned by a grammar school to provide a new Music school facility, the design of which was to be in keeping with the architectural style of the existing school buildings, and to obtain planning and other permissions.

On receipt of the necessary approvals we commissioned the building contract and managed the construction works, which required careful attention to Health and Safety whilst building within the occupied school grounds.
