Ashford - New office building (Construction monitoring)
The design and construction of this new commercial office building was to be completed by the landlord as part of a larger development of Eureka Park.
Under an ‘Agreement for lease' our client, the tenant, had agreed to take a leasehold interest in a property, subject to its construction and satisfactory completion.
On behalf of the tenant we negotiated and agreed the detail of the landlord's works, which defined the building and its finishes, we monitored the construction works and completed the formal handover to the tenant on completion.
