Gillingham - Modern office building - Landlord

A large office building set in the Gillingham Business Park, where the tenant had carried out significant alterations to the building during the tenancy and had elected to terminate the lease.

A terminal schedule was duly prepared and costed; this included provision for the removal of tenant's alterations and additions and the subsequent making good.

We negotiate a successful settlement with the outgoing tenant's surveyor and we were subsequently appointed by the landlord to carry out the repairs and reinstatement of the building.
