London Cannon Street - Office Refurbishment

The accommodation required substantial modernisation and an upgrade, including all services and IT installations, and we were appointed to project manage the works.

The client's IT and services installations were business critical; the challenge was to devise methods of working in a building that remained fully operational, except for the works areas that were released in accord with an agreed phased programme without business disruption.

Extensive surveys and investigations were undertaken prior to start of works, seeking to ensure that the site conditions were fully understood, so as to avoid unforeseen delays where possible.  Delivery to the Client's timetable also required a fast-track approach and a need for innovative solutions to the procurement programme and the delivery of the project.
