Tunbridge Wells - Refurbishment of a Head Office building

The property was in full operational use and we had therefore to devise a layout and method of working that allowed the re-location of staff and the refurbishment on a floor by floor basis.

Architecturally the client wanted a style and quality of finish within the offices that reflected their standing as a leading group in the Health Care industry, services were business critical, and all electrical, air-conditioning and IT installations required backed up systems including standby power generators.
