Lower Kingswood - Office modernisation

A substantial wing of a very large period property, which once formed part of a country estate, set in general parkland and eventually converted to prestigious offices occupied by a large international finance company.

The client required a programme of modernisation and refurbishment to complement their London-based offices and to include full air-conditioning system.

The challenge was in the design and architectural finishes; the offices needed to be light and modern in outlook within the constraints of an existing building.  The programme was fast-track and work needed to be completed whilst the building was in partial occupation.
