Woolwich - Modernisation of two 1950s retail properties.

As part of general alterations to both properties, including a large extension to part of the rear, the client required the front facade to be upgraded to give a fresh and modern look. We secured this through a system of rain screen cladding and by careful design we also achieved a useful increase in lettable floor area to the upper floors.
