Hove

A national retailer was looking to reduce the extent of their occupancy of a substantial retail area that they had occupied for a number of years, all as part of a programme of rationalisation of the business.  They also sought to maximise the lettable value.

The building project included the subdivision of the main area into two self-contained retail units, opening up of the floor plate to maximise the lettable space and form toilet accommodation. The unit was left shell finish for tenant's subsequent fit-out.

Under the terms of the agreement for lease we negotiated and agreed the scope of works with the incoming tenant (Sainsbury) and delivered in accord with the contracted procedures on completion.
