Greenwich - Victorian power station
A large Victorian power station which was originally coal-fired and built to provide electrical power to the London trams, now converted to oil and with a reduced service and supply.
Our clients, a national power company, required to establish a programme for the planned maintenance and repair of the building over the next 20yrs.
The report identified the elements of repair, the measures required to repair, indicated where further and additional investigations were required and prioritised their importance with a time scale.
The report was presented in a schedule format, where a substantial amount of data can be presented clearly and succinctly but at the same time can be readily accessible.
