Forest Hill - Self Storage warehouse (Party Wall Matters)

A large warehouse building occupying a central site enclosed on all sides by adjoining buildings, some of which shared party wall structures and others that stood on or astride the line of the boundary.

The proposal was to demolish the existing building and to build a new purpose-built self-storage warehouse and to maximise the footprint; construction would extend right up to the perimeter of the land.

We acted for the Building Owner and served a total of twenty notices on Adjoining Owners, prepared twelve schedules of condition and ten Awards.

There were no issues arising out of the works.
