Marden - Large warehouse unit - Landlord

The landlord agreed to add an additional cast in situ mezzanine floor to the building which was then under construction, to meet the requirements of the original tenant.

We were aware that prior to the date of termination of the lease, the landlord had already decided to remove the original mezzanine floor from the building.

We were able to work with the surveyor acting for the tenant, to agree the scope of repairs that would be affected by the landlord's works, those repairs that would be directly affected were duly omitted as the tenant would not be liable eg the application of supercession.
