By managing and co-ordinating the building team and the contractor on behalf of the client we are able to ensure that the client's brief is firstly fully understood, that the design and procurement process will deliver the client's requirements, that the project is value engineered, that build costs are managed and finally the building is delivered up all in accord with the client brief.
