Tunbridge Wells - Feasibility study Office Development
An iconic Head Office building constructed in the 1950s which has been the headquarters of a large motoring organisation for many years but the site had potential for development which could considerably enhance the inherent value.
We were tasked to carry out a full feasibility study of all reasonable options which included schemes to modernise and re-fit the existing building, re-build within the existing site or re-locate to new purpose-built offices and sell the existing.
Our report was presented to the board; their decision was to retain the existing building and to undertake a phased programme of modernisation and refurbishment.
